The door opened and I stepped into the bounding energy of the Sills house. Immediately the kids began leading me around their house, showing me their favorite things. Even giving tips on their favorite family photos. And Lucy the dog took to leaning on me right away (word has it this is a good thing). One of my favorite things in the world is getting to know a family. I love watching kids run around and play or ham it up for the camera. It’s so nice that it is such an important part of my job. The better I know a family the better I get at capturing them at their most relaxed, real moments. I look forward to many more portrait sessions with this warm and welcoming family.
