With the weather all warm and sunny outside, love is in the air! This was especially true a few weeks back at Mt. Hood Bed and Breakfast, where I met with lovely couple Ursulla and Tim for an engagement portrait session. I suggested the location because the couple got engaged at Timberline Lodge, so Mt. Hood B & B’s magnificent view of Portland’s premier peak was the perfect backdrop. As usual, we scheduled the session for Magic Hour, that time of day right around dinner time when the sun is just starting to think about going down, bathing everything in a lustrous light that’s basically like photography heaven. Ursulla and Tim brought along their adorable pup Nala for their session, though she was far more interested in chasing squirrels than having her photo taken. We can’t wait for Tim and Ursulla’s upcoming wedding at Edgefield, but until then, we’ve got the finished portraits from their glorious engagement session to tide everyone over.
